Payment Policy

Arteastic offers two payment options to its customer. COD (Cash on Delivery) and Online Payment through Payment Gateway.

COD option is available for only a limited products. At the time of viewing the product, this information will be visible to you.

Arteastic supports online payment through its Payment gateway partner CCAvenue. CCAvenue offers all payment options like Net Banking, Debit cards/ Credit Cards, Wallets and UPI.

Immediately after you make a purchase, an invoice with your payment details and a unique payment ID will be sent to you. You pay through our secured Payment Gateway and all data is transferred through high level encryption technology. Arteastic does not keep any payment related information like bank account details or credit card details with itself. All such information is with the Payment Gateway CCAvenue which has an elaborate privacy and data protection policy in place. We guarantee your payments are 100% safe with us and the details are never shared with anyone during the payment process.

At the moment we are accepting only INR payments (within India) through our Payment Gateway partner. However, if you want to make payment through International cards/banks using foreign currency, you have to go through our ‘Send Enquiry’ form to place your order. You can indicate the ‘SKU No’ of the Product and the quantity you are interested in. We will contact you directly through email and organize for a Bank Transfer/any other mode of payment for your purchase.

Goods and Services Tax (GST)

GST is applicable to all the products sold on the Arteastic website (within India). The Price displayed on our website is inclusive of GST. GST component will be displayed separately on your invoice once place your order. GST slabs are dependent on the category of product as listed below.

 GST is applicable only within India. If shipped outside India, then GST is NIL.
